Former graffiti artist Steve Powers teamed up with the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program to create a public art project: 50 separate paintings that are love letters to Philadelphia.
The murals are meant to be viewed from the EL train, and pay respect to the original painted signs of West Philadelphia.
